# Service terms and limitations

Updated: 2026-10-19. https://tronhooks.com/docs/terms/

tronhooks.com provides notifications for confirmed USDT and TRX transfers on TRON mainnet. It does not hold funds, send transactions, manage private keys or guarantee the value of any asset. Use the service only for addresses and destinations you are authorized to monitor or operate.

## Current service

| Capability | Current value |
|---|---|
| Network | mainnet |
| Assets | USDT / TRX (ALL means these two) |
| Direction | incoming / outgoing / both; default incoming |
| Destination | Signed webhook or Telegram |
| Free | 3 active watches, 60 API requests/minute, no daily event cap |
| Billing | Closed; paid checkout unavailable |
| Delivery | Finalized events, at least once; up to 6 attempts |
| Retry intervals | 60 / 300 / 1800 / 7200 / 21600 seconds |
| Limitations | No backfill, balance snapshots, thresholds, arbitrary tokens or hosted testnet |

Creating a watch enables real future notifications. Verify its address, asset, direction and destination before confirming. There is no historical backfill. Finality waits, provider outages and receiver failures can delay delivery; exhausted retries produce dead letters. Use signature verification, durable deduplication and independent reconciliation for money-related workflows. A notification alone must not replace your own accounting controls.

The current Free plan is available without payment. Displayed paid tiers are indicative: checkout and paid billing are closed. No paid SLA or dedicated-support agreement is currently offered through the public site. Operational updates and support responses are not a guarantee of uninterrupted service.

## Responsible use

Keep account credentials and webhook secrets private. Do not probe private-network destinations, send unsolicited notifications, evade quotas, or use the service to interfere with other systems. Rate limits and anti-abuse controls may reject requests. Revoke exposed keys and notify support about a suspected compromise.

You control the personal data and destination addresses you submit. [Privacy and data handling](/docs/privacy/) explains stored data and deletion requests. Report defects or request help at [ops@tronhooks.com](mailto:ops@tronhooks.com); include timestamps, request/event IDs and redacted errors, never credentials.
